to help solving the problems. Integrated with the QA and loyalty processes, it informs
the service areas about the issues to be handled. The customer care manager can
decide which problem is more relevant, assigning tasks and resources, defining policies
and tracking the whole process. Gevenue helps the customer to maintain its clients
satisfied.
Web Client:
This module is a unified front-end which allows to support the relationship with
the customers, integrating any already implemented application. It supports not
only the problem handling processes, but also the sales, collection and loyalty
processes.
