Dunning & Collection

  COLLECTIONS

Clients get benefit by implementing this module which offers a specific designed framework to obtain the automation of the collection process, credit limits and payment consolidation.

Dunning:

Collection: According to this module´s functionality, the clients can effectively administrate their subscriber payments; carrying out preventive actions over the customers with no debts, and reactive accounts when the client falls in a debt situation (automatic actions of SMS and Call Center). It is also possible to be defined; a set of automatic communication actions followed by suspensions and inclusively, the automation of the prelegal and legal process.

Credit Limit: this functionality allows that the application, based on an established credit limit and on the not invoiced consume, sends a SMS message to the user alerting it he has exceeded his consuming limit and based on it, also implements a previously suspension policy.

Consuming Limit: control of the customer´s consuming state, based on the service level acquired and also on the state of its personal account. This module is integrated with the provisioning platform so as to activated o deactivate the service according to the previously defined business rules for every case.

Payments Consolidation: the process of payment conciliation can be extremely complex in a world-wide class operator environment. In case of being automated, the process of consolidation between the banks´ information and the invoiced customers is simplified, in a flexible and integrated BPM framework, with connection to other applications and the possibility to use Gevenue´s powerful analytic capabilities.

Commissions: Gevenue allows automating this procedure, defining commission’s schemes and integrating this workflow with the general collection process and the later generation of final commissions.
