Process Modeling

BPM (Business Process Management) is a concept that implies the definition, execution and administration of business processes and its operation.

Gevenue has developed its own processes modeler, which allows an intuitive operation: with its drag & drop functionality, forms objects may be dragged in a visual way, designing in a simple way any type of process. Besides, using a propietary stencil, the operator can model in MS Visio® and then import the definition in the correspondent application.

The model displays some different abilities:
	Processes Versioning Innovative definition model by inheritance which allows a clearer specification and a simpler maintenance. Full parameterization which indicates times, responsibilities, so as to scale in case of non accomplishments of tasks.

Document management: A big percentage of the organization processes, present associate documents, which can be externally received and then they must be scanned, or documents that are internally generated and must be stored as documental support. The Gevenue BPMS Suite has its own document server who is able to administrate all the centralized information avoiding the replication of information in the company.

The document manager allows:

The versioning of the processes's different documents
Indexed searches: allows carrying out high efficiency searches in the stored document's content
Metadata definition, associated to each document: it makes possible to associate information as branch, user, date, region, etc., and to later rescue information using these characteristics.
Centralized management and HD storage optimization.
