The Gevenue quality assurance practice is based on the RAD development methodology,
including the CMM practices for level 2 and 3. In an iterative approach, each development
wave of the process involves the steps of Elaboration, Personalization and Transition.
Each cycle ends with the deployment of the agreed functionality for every stage.
The Gevenue quality process considers some important factors, such as the solid
customer integration during the project development, as well as the usage of standards
(design patterns, codification, components reusability), and the inclusion of the
testing process in the implementation and the revisions and code inspection performed
by specialists.
Also, the Gevenue QA structure is consolidated by the practice developed by the
product specialists and by the conformation of working teams with well defined profiles;
ass well as the implementation of metrics and continuous education.
Gevenue quality system allows avoiding the possible detours between the planned
projects and their development; detecting risks and errors in the early stages of
them. By this way, it is possible to obtain a smaller error rate and to reduce to
the recodification needs, obtaining applications implemented with the functionality
required at the previously decided moment.
