Automatic Selling activities
Business Planning: the functionality of this module covers the
key processes of the sales planning activity. Allows to automate the definition
of the promotions actions (rate plans, telephony services and value-added services,
equipment, accessories and promotional), the management constraints (areas, groups
of customers, sales channel, scoring), and the discounts incentives management among
other functionalities.
Commercial Action: : once the planning is performed,
it is possible to model, control and measure the deployment of the planning: through
the functionality of this application, Gevenue covers the management of the Point
of Sale and the Sale Force Automation, as well as the specific activities related
to the handling of prospects, the entry of new customers or the selling to existing
customers, the capture of demographic characteristics, document management, definition
and selection of commercial packages to purchase and scoring, among other features.
POS cashier: the coverage of the pos cashier action
includes the receipt of a payment through different concepts (contracts, accessories,
non activated equipments, promotionals, payment of services), as well as multiple
forms of payment in a multi-environment. It is also possible to carry out the printing
and reprinting of tax receipts, value transfers, and the integration with credit
cards authorization services, among other processes.
Activations: The sales application developed by
Gevenue, automatically makes the notification and activation of each new customer
and sends the information to the billing system. Moreover, it has coverage on the
notification actions and the activation systems to supply the various platforms
(telephony prepaid / postpaid, Blackberry, etc.) and also performs the necessary
inventory update.
Comissions: Gevenue automates this procedure, defining
commissions schemes for sales, integrating this workflow with the overall collection
process and the subsequent generation of commissions.
